FAQs
How long is your custom web design process?
If you are able to provide brand guidelines, brand images, and copy (website verbiage) from day one or within the first few days of the intake process, the design process can take 2-3 weeks. Most projects are 3-4 weeks depending on how quickly the client can provide these materials. If we need to add brand design to the project, it will be at least 6 weeks minimum.
Do you have a payment plan?
Absolutely! I know that you’re making a big investment when you’re getting a custom brand and/or web design. Most clients pay in two or three installments.
What is the turnaround for your social media design services?
If you’re purchasing a bundle of social media designs, the turnaround is 7 days. If we enter into a monthly social media contract, it would be ideal to have at least 1-2 weeks of your content plan in advance to design.
What happens right after I book you?
After signing your agreement and paying your deposit, you’ll receive a more formal discovery questionnaire. This helps to form an intentional strategy for your website. If we’re working on branding, we will share a private Pinterest board in order to gather visual inspiration. I gather all of this information before each project begins.
Can your social media strategy sessions guarantee that I will get more followers?
No. My strategy sessions guarantee that you will get more leads and the opportunity to make more money as your intentional messaging will attract them. If you’re focused on just having more followers, you might want to work with another service.
Will you show me how to maintain my website?
Of course! I will provide walkthrough training via Loom where I will go through all of the things you need to know to make any easy edits to your website going forward. I will also share a PDF with links to appropriate tutorials.
