How It All Works

Inquiry

Based on your Client Application, I can determine if I’m the right strategist/designer to help you and I will send an inquiry call scheduling link. During this call, we talk about your goals and you get to ask any questions you may have about my services. After the call, you will receive a proposal and a link to your personal project portal if we’re the right fit.

Strategy

Each project I take on (web design or social media) must start with strategy. It sets the foundation and tone for a successful project for both of us! This pre-work will include homework received from the client and a session to go over the strategy to move forward.

Design

After finalizing the strategy, we move forward with your aligned website build or social media design through a VIP Day. You can expect updates from me or from your project portal to keep you up to date on the progress of your website.

Delivery

Website projects are delivered with one-on-one training via Zoom or pre-recorded videos via Loom depending on the complexity of the maintenance. Social media graphics are usually delivered within a day or two of your VIP day. You get your social media strategy guide within 3-5 days after our strategy session.

These websites can be built over one to two days through our web design day intensive model!

If you’re a designer that doesn’t have any bandwidth to build your designs, we support other designers and agencies that want to outsource web development. We prefer Squarespace and Webflow, but also have experience customizing Shopify templates and intend to do more in the near future. Through code, we’re able to bring your designs to life in a matter of a week.
